Please read these terms carefully
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these terms. Do not use the platform when you do not agree with them.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the ExpertAccounting Zimbabwe website, supported learning applications and related services. By registering, subscribing or accessing content, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email address and account details current.
Your account is personal. You must not share your password, account access or learning subscription with another person.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorised access occurred through no fault of your own and was reported promptly.
ExpertAccounting may use one active session per user across supported web and mobile channels. Logging in through another channel may end an earlier session.
3. Subscriptions and learning plans
Access to learning modules, video lessons and live classes depends on the entitlement connected to your account. This may be an active paid subscription or, where offered, a promotional free trial.
Where a promotional free trial is offered, access begins when the trial is activated and ends automatically at the published campaign end time. Users who activate after the campaign has started receive only the remaining campaign period. The trial provides access only to video recordings included in All Recordings Access. Live Classes are not included in the free trial. PDF resources are not part of current student learning access.
A free trial does not automatically renew, convert into a paid subscription or create a payment obligation. Trial availability is promotional and subject to eligibility and reasonable fraud-prevention controls. We may refuse or revoke trial access where there is suspected misuse or attempted circumvention of those controls.
Plan names, prices, access periods and included materials may differ. Review the displayed plan information before submitting payment.
Access may be restricted when a subscription expires, is cancelled, is not paid or cannot be verified.
4. Online payments
Paid learning plans may be purchased through the payment methods displayed at checkout. These currently include Smile & Pay for supported USD payments and Paystack for supported ZAR payments.
The applicable amount and currency are calculated by the platform before checkout. Access is activated only after the payment has been successfully verified.
A payment request does not automatically confirm payment or activate learning access.
Do not send passwords, PINs, card details or online banking credentials to ExpertAccounting.
5. Learning access
You receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the learning content included in your active plan.
Access may be available through supported website, mobile or television interfaces. Device availability and functionality may differ.
Access does not transfer ownership of the learning content, software, videos, documents or platform.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Share, sell, rent or transfer your account or subscription.
- Copy, record, download, redistribute or publish protected learning content except where the platform expressly permits it.
- Attempt to bypass subscription, module-access, session or security controls.
- Interfere with the platform, servers, payment records, learning progress or other users.
- Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract protected software, source code or security mechanisms except where the law expressly permits it.
7. Learning content and intellectual property
The platform, branding, videos, documents, designs, software and other learning materials are owned by ExpertAccounting or used under valid permission.
Learning materials are provided for personal educational use. They may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without written permission.
ExpertAccounting may update, replace, reorganise or remove content where necessary to maintain the learning service.
8. Platform availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Access may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting, third-party services, device limitations, security concerns or events outside our reasonable control.
Live Zoom classes may be rescheduled, updated or cancelled when circumstances require it.
9. Educational purpose and liability
ExpertAccounting provides educational learning support. We do not guarantee a particular examination result, employment outcome, qualification or professional result.
You remain responsible for your study decisions, examination preparation and application of the learning content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExpertAccounting is not responsible for indirect loss arising from device failure, internet interruption, missed live sessions or misuse of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, security or platform changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
